The mainland debut of the sculpture comes a day after a copycat appeared in Yuyuantan Park in downtown Beijing, one of the latest imitations on the mainland after Rubber Duck made a sensation in Hong Kong in May.
北京市區(qū)玉淵潭公園內(nèi)的“山寨鴨”亮相后的第二天,大黃鴨正式開始其大陸地區(qū)首秀。玉淵潭的“山寨鴨”是今年5月大黃鴨在香港引發(fā)熱潮之后眾多模仿品中最新亮相的一款。
大黃鴨(Rubber Duck)是荷蘭概念藝術(shù)家(concept artist)弗洛倫泰因•霍夫曼所創(chuàng)作的巨型橡皮鴨藝術(shù)品,2013年5月到達(dá)香港之前,大黃鴨已經(jīng)游歷了10個(gè)國家的12個(gè)城市。與此同時(shí),與其相關(guān)的衍生品(derivative works and products)也引來了很多鴨粉的關(guān)注,同時(shí),在中國大陸多地也產(chǎn)生了很多“山寨鴨”(copycat/knock-off)。
北京國際設(shè)計(jì)周組委會(huì)針對這一系列侵權(quán)(copyright infringement)行為發(fā)表聲明,稱“大黃鴨”在中國北京的展覽權(quán),霍夫曼先生已經(jīng)授權(quán)北京國際設(shè)計(jì)周執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)北京歌華科意設(shè)計(jì)文化傳播有限公司獨(dú)家享有(The right to display Rubber Duck in Beijing was exclusively granted to Beijing Gehua-Rizzoli Design Communication Co, which helps organize Beijing Design Week)。北京國際設(shè)計(jì)周及展覽權(quán)利人視事態(tài)發(fā)展,保留采取進(jìn)一步法律措施的權(quán)利(reserve the right to take legal actions)。 |
